Hi, my name is Tricia Jones and I'm the Head Coach & Owner of Marlton Fit Body Boot Camp and my job is to help our clients burn fat and get back into great shape with fun, challenging workouts!

Let's be honest: losing weight is difficult, right? Plus, trying to work out on your own is hard when you don't know what to do and don't have anyone there to motivate and inspire you. Which is why I created our introductory 21 Day program for people just like you! 
So what exactly is the 21 Day Rapid Fat Loss Program? 

It’s a three week, unlimited group personal training program with professional personal trainers who will help you burn fat and melt inches away with our specialized, 30-minute "Afterburn" workouts and customized nutrition plans.

So if you are ready to lose weight and get tight, toned, and fit while creating your perfect body, then you've come to the right place!!

Over the years I've helped numerous men and women reach and exceed their fitness goals. In fact, many of my clients have come to me after trying everything they could to lose the weight and get into shape.

They were fed up with their old boring workout routines that just weren’t delivering the results they wanted. They felt alone, with very little support, and were looking for a fitness and fat loss program that worked and didn't require spending hours in the gym everyday. 

So that's why I carefully honed my training into this results driven, energetic, and supportive program and opened Marlton Fit Body Boot Camp!
