In our Summer Slim Down Challenge you have access to all of our classes. Our class schedule is listed below. 
Monday - Thursday
5:30am 8:45am, 9:30am, 
4:45pm, 5:30pm, 6:15pm

5:30am, 8:45am, 9:30am

Saturday - 7:45am, 8:30am
Sunday - Closed
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
It says spots are limited? Is this true?
YES! Because we are small group personal training our class sizes are limited. 
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will schedule a nutrition consultation after your first couple workouts, to go over your food journal, and make a plan to fit your lifestyle and eating preferences.
Do you offer any low impact classes?
Yes, we offer a Fit Over Fifty low impact class that focuses on gaining strength and mobility to help you move better and live life to its fullest. This class is held weekdays at 10 AM. If interested, please email us:
